We’ve all seen it, property listings that show only one or a few not so well lit pictures that give you barely any idea of what the property actually looks like. This results in a lot of meaningless bookings that occupy your time with no prospect of renting or selling it to the right people. Additionally, the first interaction with potential buyers & renters leaves them frustrated which could potentially damage your reputation.

Showing a full video tour or a short teaser video of the property highlighting its key features can give a much better impression of what the potential buyer or renter is going to get, and it will reduce enquiries for more pictures or questions as well as viewings that wouldn’t have happened to begin with if the prospect customer had seen more in advance.

But this doesn’t just apply to properties.
